I was sitting in Adelle’s Coffeehouse in downtown Dover, NH, watching this man with his cup of hot chocolate. The hot chocolate at Adelle’s is truly a work of art, especially with their signature homemade whipped cream. As he drank his hot chocolate, he seemed so content and deeply lost in thought.
