Muralist Orson Horchler, a.k.a. Pigeon, installs his latest project along a factory wall in Berwick, Maine. His project is called “Mainers” and asks the question: Who is a “real” Mainer? The artist says that it is his reaction to current events and politics that excludes immigrants from the feeling of belonging. His traveling exhibit, which started in Portland, Maine is temporary. He fixes his prints to walls in public spaces using wheat paste, that eventually breaks down when exposed to the weather.
